Very scenic site with basic and clean facilities. Dog and Partridge pub just 10 mins walk away is a lovely country pub. Lots of walks from the site. On the southern tip of the Peak District with easy access to local towns Ashbourne, Leek, Utoxeter.View all reviews by liamhobbs

This site is immediately off the A52 and therefore has easy access to Leek, Buxton, Ashbourne and the surrounding area. A visit to the Tissington Trail is perfect for those who like to walk but do not want to include too many steep gradients. Ashbourne is a delightful town although parking for the motorhome user can be problematic. It would be best to park on-street, try North Avenue at the top of the hill.View all reviews by johnsaxo
The site has 6 hard-standings, all of which slope. For the motorhomer try to get the bottom left-hand pitch, it is flat enough not to require ramps. It is also nearest to the grey water drain but you will require a pipe at least 10 ft to reach it. Despite being only a short distance from the main road this site is very quiet.
Well worth a visit.
