A short way north of the Arctic Circle centre is this little pullout that you should not miss. It would be a bit noisy to stay for the night in your van but as a picnic spot you will be blown away. Better still, if you packed a tent do a spot of wild camping. To the right of the stop is a small trail through the Forrest. Follow it for 200 yards and you will come to the most amazing rapids and quiet spot. It can be found after a road to the left then an S bend then you’ll see the crash barriers.
