Ystradgynlais is a charming gateway town located in the leafy Swansea Valley, right on the southern edge of the Bannau Brycheiniog [Brecon Beacons] National Park. It sits along the banks of the river Tawe roughly 12miles [19km] north east of Swansea.
It is within a short journey to the Gower Peninsula a designated area of outstanding beauty and only 2 hours away from Pembrokeshire Coastline and the two Irish ferry ports.

The National Cycle path No 43 passes directly through Ystradgynlais tracing the scenic Swansea Valley route and National Showcaves Centre of Wales are a nearby attraction.
