Great stopover with pitched seperated with grass which are a very good size, the services are free and in good condition. There is a train track close by but we didn’t hear a train at all, also the main road passes abive and there is a mixed carpark which is also used by the school bus but again there was no untoward noice from this. When we stayed there was no through road into the village as the roundabout was being rebuilt but you could walk or cycle round it.

Nice quite aire in the edge of a small quite village. Didnt hear the train at all. Water and waste on site. Nice walks areound the village, turn right as you come out of the aires.

Still as previous reviews said. All good, stayed the night, pretty level, quiet night. We didnt hear trains and belive the line is closed. Had a pleasant explore of Angoulene for a few hours before coming here for the night.

A well set out aire with at least 7 individual gravel bays separated by low bush and/or grass. There is a free service point on site with drinking water available. The aire is right in the centre of a small village adjacent to the railway station but didn’t notice much noise. We didn’t stay the night as heading further south, but would recommend this for an overnight stay.
