Wander the town, from the Piloris fountain to the Clock tower, through the alleyways between half-timbered medieval houses and townhouses (hôtels particuliers) from the 16th and 19th Centuries.
It is located in the Boutonne valley, the boutonne being a slow quiet river on which the outdoor activity centre of Bernouët was built. You should definitely go for a walk around the lake! The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner ; there are many activities for kids and adults: fishing spots, paddle-boats, canoes and kayaks for rent, a mini-golf, a playground for kids...
