Lovely little campsite Good grass area with water Toliet and toliets drop nearby in the building Stayed on my own and felt very safe Near a sungle track road so hardly any road noise The owners were very welcoming and friendly Great farm shop nearby Will definitely use again

Arrived mid September 2023 - still £10. I agree with other review, this is a small basic site owners Malcome is so helpful and friendly. My sat nav didn't bring me to the door, so be aware if you come in on the Exeter air port road B3184. If you come in on theA3052 there is GREENDALE FARM SHOP, very close to the site which has inside large shop, Butchers, Fishmongers, (fresh crabs and lobster), Bakery, Vegetables counter, Deli and a Fish n Chips counter ( freshly cooked to order) also a Bar n tea rooms and restaurant. I had freshly cooked fish n Chip tonight and they were lovely.

These are the sites we look for. (Co’s were tight) we are totaly self sufficient. If your looking for all singing all dancing then look away now. There are dated toilets and wash basins (Cold water only) but functional. All be it around 75 yards from the camping site. CDP just outside the back of the barn behind toilets. 1 Freshwater tap far end of the field as you drive in. Dustbins and recycling bins as well. You will need ramps just about everywhere on site. But as is a grass site can be a little soft under tread so take it easy. Would advise ring ahead as gate is code padlocked. As we are finding the road directly behind us does get busy. Maybe an issue for some. £10 PN
