In a word, Windy. Although Tom and Caz were first rate in their care and upkeep of the site, there is really no stopping the strong breezes and winds from the Bristol Channel coming straight in from the coast a few miles away. It could be dead calm one minute and then gust within seconds, making it difficult to enjoy sitting outside or even putting an awning out. Site upgrades are in progress but are getting more and more needed by the month.

Nice and quiet-even the trains weren’t noticed. Toilets and shower clean and plenty hot water. Local bridge under reconstruction so had to go through loverly village. Tom and Caz very helpful

An excellent rural site , great for a stop over , Caz and Tom really frendly and helpful . Toilet and dhower facilities very clean . The site is being redeveloped and as well as touring will become a secure storage facility , which we hope to take advatage of . Easy drive to the site along good access roads , close to local amenities and to Weston -super-mare , Brean Down , Burnham on sea and Highbridge , the great thing about this site is no light pollution so sitting out looking at the stars is a must.

Stayed here as a stop over and the people that helped run it caz & tom were really pleasant & polite. £20 with Electric and a barrier was fair but comparing to others we stayed at a little high at those prices. Showers & toilets were very clean & we was really impressed with this! I assume its used by others for more of a semi permanent site however it was a decent stop over. There was trains that ran past but it didnt bother us. We would use again! Does have water, waste & recycling with a small wash up unit.

Rural type site, plenty of birds and harmless wildlife. facilities kept nice and clean. perfect stop over for to and fro Cornwall, 2 miles from M5 Burnham, country roads join to WSMare, Brean, Burnham. second stop for us and impressed with the peaceful easy feal of the place.

Used this site as a stopover on route to Cornwall. We were met with a warm welcome and given the access codes etc. The toilets and showers are spotless and well equipped. The trains on the nearby track only sound like a passing truck and in no way spoilt this quiet location away from all the traffic. Good for walking and cycling to nearby Brean Sands. We also stayed on our way back from our hols the following weekend. No great views but nice sunsets. Excellent value for money.

Slighty tatty with unfinished earthworks and dated loos and showers. No view, and trains rumbling past throughout the day and evening. Other than that was quiet and what you pay for (£13).
