Book your place at the Hotel reception. The guy who checked us in was rude and intimidating he would not let us talk or ask questions until he said so! We thought we would treat ourselves to a more expensive front line pitch for the views.....don't bother if purchase 21/22 view is well over grown with trees & shrubs nothing like the photo on S4S. The positives on this site is the showers & toilets they are immaculate and the restaurant at the hotel is fabulous as are the staff unlike Mr Angry at reception!!..

Stayed for one night, came back two days later for four more nights on a fully serviced pitch with a view of the lake. Lovely peaceful place plus a great restuarant on site within a very short walk, the beach is a minutes walk from the site and cycling around the lake is excellent. A bit more expensive than we would normally pay, but an exceptional place.

Just stayed for one night while passing through. Facilities on site clean and tidy. Called at last minute and got a fully serviced pitch for less than £20. Views spectacular, lovely walks. Spotted bus stops but not used. Boat trips and water sports available, man made beach and small harbour. Restaurant and bar at hotel. Drinks expensive but we did not eat in the restaurant. Could stay 3-4 nights no problem.
