All grass pitches and we are in walking distance of the sea and herne bay on the main bus route between herne bay whitstable & canterbury (every 20 min's)
Herne bay boasts many nice restaurants and bars and a very clean beach if you are a cyclist you can ride to Reculver/or even Margate or Whitstable on a cycle route.
There are many local festivals i.e.Faversham hop fest/Whitstable oyster fest& Herne bay festival so always something to do Here at Hampton bay park
