Our constantly changing menu reflects the seasons, the local produce we buy from nearby farms and businesses and the creativity, experience and dedication of our team of chefs. Our reputation for fine food has resulted in the award of an AA Rosette in 2013. We have continued to maintain this award for the last 4 years.
We pride ourselves in knowing the provenance of our food and wines. We take delivery of fresh local lamb and beef, reared and butchered in the area, and game shot locally from the surrounding moors. Fresh fish is delivered daily from Hartlepool and fresh fruit and vegetables are supplied by Carricks of Bedale.
