Wow what a site. Only £16 for my T4 for the night with some great facilities. Hot clean showers. Clean toilets. Utility room with washing up sinks, fridges freezers microwaves kettles usb charging ports. Wifi on site plenty of space kids play areas. Massive information board with a map and pins and information about the local area. The lad i saw upon arrival was brilliant in accomodating my need. Basically no car movement before 0700 and gates will be closed. I needed to leave at 0645 for work. Was out in a suitable spot and goven the gate code. I will be back for work and a holiday

Lovely site and very well managed by family. 12 minute walk across field to pub at Ivinghoe. Easy to walk to Ivinghoe Beacon. Lovely views all round the farm. Excellent facilities. Games room and large kitchen with microwaves and kettles. £36 per night - 2 adults, EHU and a dog. Would use again to explore more walks. Quite here first week October and wonder if it would have a different feel for us if busy.

Town Farm is in a great spot w lovely views, inc wonderful sunsets, & excellent walking nearby. We have stayed here before & will again. Level hardstanding pitches w grassed area included, all situated at top of site. Excellent facilities inc games room. Showers good temperature, just marred slightly by being push button though double push works ok & our cubicled areas bright/spotless All moho services. Informative & helpful owners/staff We were only staying one night this time & once again walked up to Ivinghoe Beacon, with it's splendid views, before supper (1hr round trip - just take care crossing straight over busy lane at bottom of entrance lane & follow footpath) £25 inc ehu

Lovely site. Friendly owner. Stunning views. New scalpings track with hardstandings including water, EHU, and grey waste pipe to connect to. CDP behind barn. Clean facilities. Take a torch!! Walks from the site, incl. up Ivinghoe Beacon.

Great Site, But the owner does squeeze the caravans and Motor homes together. Great views and only a short walk into the village. This site does have great walking routes
