We phoned ahead as requested, no problem at all, took our name and asked us to show our current Britstop book on arrival.View all reviews by sparklypink
There's new buildings up the top, and as such the narrow swing in for larger motorhomes should no longer a problem.
A little bit of road noise, but quiet enough through the night...unless you went the night we did during thunder and lightning!!
Lovely food in the farm shop and friendly staff. We stocked up on pies and sausage rolls before leaving in the morning.
Stopover on a Friday night, phoned ahead and no problem. On a small industrial area so some vehicle noise in the morning. As well as the farm shop there is a bakers on there and a coffee supplier. Pub over the road is available for foid and drinks, and dog friendly.View all reviews by JazzyBoots

Very friendly staff & accomodating
Thank you plumgarths
Fab location in easy driving distance of East Lakes. There is a steep right hand bend up into the top area of the car park where you are asked to park. At 7.9m long (+ tow bar) we made it with 4" spare on the overhang (taking the corner wide in both directions using empty parking bays). I wouldn't go in high season during shop opening hours due to restricted manouvering, but outside these hours it should be fine. No problem for smaller vans. Opposite great pub (dog friendly) with lovely food.View all reviews by ehackney
I think people are entering the parking and going left. I went right and parked at the top of the yard, as instructed, where it was much more level and tucked away. Great venue, quiet road adjacent. Location spot on for the Lakes. Shops were very nice, even if a little pricey. it's free though, so please remember that !View all reviews by n1cktdv8
When I phoned ahead I was told to park at the top on the left of their car park, at 8m long there was no chance at all of me being able to do that. It is quite sloping, would suit a VW T5 or similar. It is free.View all reviews by stewart
The parking area is sloping and a little difficult to level the vehicle however the location is good being close to Kendal and handy for the Lake District. The quality of food on offer from the farm shop and artisan bakery is first class. There is a cafe and across the road a pub.View all reviews by bigbird
