Nice, flat pitch, right on edge of the water with beautiful sunset. Didnt need to use facilities so can’t comment on those but seemed ok and lady at reception mentioned washing machine and dryer if needed.
Follow waters edge and go over to headland where there is a path to follow which looks back at the campsite and goes past some smaller private beaches which would be lovely for a picnic if it wasnt raining!

Arrived on a damp afternoon after a long drive but they had plenty of spaces. We didn’t need EHU so were directed to a tiered grass area along the side of the site, we chose the top tier as the others had quite an uneven front to them, which when very wet could of been difficult to get off x Site right on the beach, great views. Lovely clean toilets/showers, made use of their laundry facilities too x Cafe/bar on site, great food (catered for a fussy eater not on menu) Friendly staff and all quiet by 11pm x Highly recommend

Great views and good facilities. Not the most personable campsite but a lovely location overlooking the harbour and bay.

Most other reviewers have summed up this fantastic site spot on. Arrived busy July unbooked but still some spaces, having tried couple of others and not so nice looking a wee bit south with signs "Site Full". And what great surprise -- the price: £13 a night with elec (one person, campervan). I've been paying up to twice that at other sites with much poorer amenities. Obviously didn't stick to it being a one-night stop!

Fabulous site, clean tidy and all facilities right on waters edge. Great place to view sunsets! Little shop and bar on site , recommend the homemade scones! If you fancy a spot of fine dining The Whales Tale ,a couple of mins walk away is excellent. Would definately recommend.

Two retired people with a German Shepherd.

Fantastic place. Friendly people. Cafe and bar reasonably prices £7 for takeaway scampi and chips.

Reasonably priced campsite. Hot showers.

Great places to walk the dog along the beach and up to the headland. The sea was the most beautiful turquoise colour.

We saw beautiful birds. There is a bird hide so you can view without them knowing.

We also visited the war grave in the cemetary. Seaman Mcleod died 26/12/1939. Lest we forget.

4 g here so thats a bonus. Although its good to get away from it for a while.

Nice little site just off msin road with hard standing overlooking sea, and walking distance to small shop. Pleasant walk along headland in wind. Good facilities. A pleasant stop over, but probably wouldnt spend more than one might en route. Cafe on dite looked a nit grim.

Stopped for one night on a miserable cold wet day. Enjoyed lovely hot showers in a modern heated toilet block. Put our washing in the machine and headed straight to the bar. Nice happy welcome from the barstaff so ordered beers and food which was very good. The pitches are all tiered and provide a nice view of the bay and have a choice of electric or not.
Would definatly have stopped longer if the weather had been better and can imagine this site being fully booked heading into the summer so would advise booking.

Nice small to medium size campsite on the side of the main road. Handy for the NC500 trip. Great sea views. Nice pitches. Hard standing and grass. EHU on most pitches. No need to book in Easter holidays. Toilets and Showers. 9 pounds per person plus 4 pounds for EHU. Very windy the night we stayed but everywhere was.

A beautiful campsite overlooking the loch. Cafe was closed mid week when we arrived, but a 2 min walk to the Scourie hotel. Great beer and a log burner. Beach was a couple of minutes walk.

Lovely location overlooking a beautiful bay. Good facilities, cafe and bar on site, and clean loos and showers. Loads of hot water. Hotel up the road as well if you’re staying more than one night and fancy a different venue for drinks. Walk to the headland is fantastic. £8pppn

Stayed one night. Nice location, pub on site which does meals, cake and coffee. local shops nearby. Given grass pitch by the boundary wall road side, not too much traffic. Shower block and toilet facilities ok.

Small family run site with good facilities. The bar/restaurant is also owned by the family and serves good meals. Scourie Hotel is a minutes walk away and a local shop is also nearby. On the NC500 route and could get busy.
