Arrived on a Saturday afternoon and car park almost full, managed to reverse into space with no tree behind it so could overhang. We thought the services were very basic and not that clean either, rubbish bins overflowing so no chance of them being emptied on a Sunday. The town was deserted, one bar open but right on the side of a busy road. Wouldn’t stay again.

We arrived with 6 others here in blazing 37 degree heat, so we headed straight out to Gorg de Malatosca to cool off. As soon as we found the rock pools we, we were hit by a massive storm and ran back to very wet beds. Storm is still passing at 8pm so we're not bothering to adventure into the town. The aire is quiet and surroundings look lovely, but we haven't really seen any of it due to the unexpected weather. Police came round the aire correcting everyones parking. There is water and electric but can't comment on pricing as I've not been over to look

I agree with the previous reviews - a lovely aire to visit. I am surprised that nobody has mentioned the 20 minute walk from the aire waymarked to the Gorg de Malatosca (the bewitched waterfall). I have attached a couple of pics.

We arrived in a lot of rain and left the next day, so didn't get to see the town - although it did look nice. We slept well, very quiet. It's shared space for Campers and local free car parking - but in April was plenty of room. Saw the comment about approaching from Ripoll for the turn - we didn't and the turn is too tight from the other direction, but over the bridge there's a kind of roundabout where you can turn around and come back to make the entrance.

black water and fresh water tap. didn't fill up as tap is used for rinsing toilet. lovely town, great walks, all the shops you need. stayed three nights.

Good aire, very quiet and illuminated all night. Easy access to small town over old bridge. No water in winter and bins overflowing. Great for walks and cycling.

We stopped here just for a hour or so to have a walk round the adjacent village/ small town. It's well worth it. Good stop for overnight as well. Previous reviews are correct as if you had to park at right angles to rear kerb then you will struggle with a van over 7m. Previous review advises mhomes parking across the bays were told to move to be within bays. Can't see why they would do this at quiet times, as it was on our visit on early Nov week day.

Newly renovated parking area. Fairly level. Water and black waste still open late October. Loos shut. Local police visited and asked everyone to park side by side not end to end so probably not a stop for large motorhomes. We were ok at 7m with back hanging over the kerb and verge.
