Brilliant! I'd live here if I could! Right on the beach and next to a lively village / tourist strip.View all reviews by s1mon
If you're coming from the north I'd recommend the ferry from Blaye and the drive through the Medoc wine region. Beautiful!
Stayed here twice this year, but mainly because of its great location next to a gorgeous sandy beach. Naturists obviously not a problem here! 11.60euros per night no electricity but waste and water facility. We got stuck in deep sand (apparantly not the first or last) and it cost us 50euros to be towed out! Very busy place. Village is great for restaurants and marketsView all reviews by ashfordsue
Stayed here one night when unable to get into our regular campsite. It was very full and on the day we spent there resembling a travellers site. Ground was grass and sand and uneven. There was a mix of occupants, long stay on holiday, one nighters, market traders. It was not the tidiest of sites. No facilities. Water and toilet was the beach facilities. 6 Euro a night collected in the evening. Water and elsan point about a mile away at local Aldi store, you have to pay for this service.View all reviews by sue53
