Small quiet site and helpful owner. Lots of room for social distancing, and short uphill walk into village.

The site has clearly suffered from last year’s flooding, and this has delayed much needed improvements to toilet block (closed when we were there, but remembered from previous visit.) NB little grocery shop on corner now closed.

Lovely site but flood of 2019 has had an impact. Plenty of space for SD but showers and toilets closed due to Covid. (Open now)

Little grocers on corner closed, as are several cafes. Cycling cafe on way to Grinton open.

Stunning walks of course.

A small quiet site on the edge of the village alongside the river. Friendly helpful owners who made me welcome. Facilties are a dated and need refurbishing.

In-promptu stay here when Sat-Nav failed to get us to Tan Hill. Arrived late but owners were very accomodating, even booking us a table in one of the 3 nearby pubs. Excellent walk the next day and permission granted to stay later than the normal checkout. Good, quiet site.

Great location on the outskirts of Reeth so easy to nip into the village for a meal or groceries. Friendly owners. All grass site and sheltered from the wind by a surround of trees. So quiet shot with plenty of birds to watch.

Owners are trying to run an environmentally friendly site with good recycling options.

Toilet block needs a lot of work and the owners are planning an upgrade.this winter.

a very pretty and well looked after little caravan park only a stone’s throw from the lovely village of reeth, less than 5 minutes walk to be precise. the owners, sharon and ian work tirelessly to ensure the site is maintained to a high standard and are always friendly, approachable and very accommodating. i believe they are planning to update the toilet facilities at some point in the near future. a wealth of walking opportunities straight from the site .. river, moorland, field and forest. 3 good pubs in reeth, all serving food and a range of real ales. close by are the market towns of leyburn and richmond .. two lovely places to visit. i highly recommend orchard caravan park.

Sheltered site tucked away in Reeth. Warm welcome and helpful owners. Pitches are rather small but laid out so that there is a degree of privacy. Toilet block dated but clean. There is a short walk to Reeth village. We ate at the Buck Inn which was very nice.
