We arrived at 1630hrs on a Sunday. Lots of cars but found a space in the middle. It soon emptied out though. Some noise from the nearby railway but otherwise quiet overnight.View all reviews by pilotpete
Good pub just 5 mins down the road called Duffys.
40 mins drive to Dublin ferry port.
Level spaces. We entered through the exit given the tight turn needed in the entry route! It was 8pm so not much movements of cars and plenty of space . Spaces in the middle have a large green area to overhang onto. Parking from 6 pm to 8 am is free of charge and one euro per hour during the day, but you get first hour free. Pick up a ticket if you are staying overnight by pressing the green button. It doesn’t charge and covers you through until 9 am. We used it as a stop off before catching the ferry the day after. Nice café around the corner apparently. Irish breakfast is recommended!View all reviews by seawolf62
We arrived early evening and there was plenty of space. We have a 7.5m motorhome and parked overhanging the grassed section keeping in the lines. Short walk into town where there was a festival in full swing. How lucky are we!! Great music, great atmosphere. Plenty of bars and shopping. Parking is free after 6pm until 8am, then 1 Euro an hour. Free on Sunday all day. Next to park and castle.View all reviews by juliapenn
Parked here during the June Bank Hol weekend when everywhere else was full & noisy! Good decision as it was very quiet all night. Very close to town. I imagine on a work day it fills quickly with commuters so may be noisy early morning. Anything larger than 6m may find entry & exit difficult due to restrictive entry.View all reviews by deed
