Roseland is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Canada Hill at the top of The Serpentine above the town of Rothesay. There are outstanding views of the bay and the hills and sea lochs of the Cowal peninsula. We are the only official campsite on the island and are an ideal base for all the facilities that Bute has to offer.
Roseland has a mix of Hardstanding and Grass touring/tent pitches all with access to electric hook up if required. We have toilets, coin operated showers, a dish washing area, chemical disposal, coin operated laundry facilities, bottle banks, recycling and refuge bins.
