Quiet night spent on our own overlooking the town of Massiac and the motorway. Lovely location for a stopover whilst passing through on our way to somewhere else. Very dark and private. No camping, leave no trace please. Nowhere to walk dogs really. No Facilities at all, just a wild spot for sleeping but lovely all the same.

No facilities but what a view. Park up on the grass/rocky area by the generator building and its a 30 second walk to a spectaculor view over the town. Take the service road for the aier, if google maps takes you on a gravel track turn around i blew a tyre off haha

We were told about this spot after having spent the night in the town below. The guy who told us had spent the night up here and there were 2 vans up here when we arrived. The views are spectaculor. We will be using this one when passing next time. Access is via a good road suitable for tourist buses that visit.
