a good one night stopover to visit Luxembourg - last bus back to the p&r runs late (approx 23:00 hrs - maybe a little later) - parked towards to lake end to try & stay out of the way - a bit noisey in the morning with the car park filling up - but that's too be expected.

Stayed here after reading previous reviews, 2€ bus ride to town, empties out late on, lovely lake with circular walk attached, plenty of bins and parking is free for 24 hours. Locals having bbq's, runners and dog walkers. We have sat on the grass verge and had a lovely evening drinking fine wine, eating cheese and watching Wimbledon. We followed a crowded planet review on the old town of lux which was fantastic. The new city is a building site so very pleased we used the Park and Ride. Great free stopover.

Arrived through the road works and left the same way, Luxembourg City at present is nothing but roadworks and building works. As said earlier a 2 hour validity bus ticket in 2€ a 4hr is 4€, the station is a good location to get on and off but the other end of the route is the big Auchan, which only has underground parking. The P&R site is busy but we managed to park in a disabled bay (I have a blue badge) it can be noisy until past midnight too

great simple large ticket access public car park. easily accessible for medium sized motorhome. regular bus to lux city 2€ pp, but will be free in 2020. no facilities ta this place but it's free for 24 hrs and the you can exit and re enter for another 24. loads of dog and exploring walks available. lux city is worth a visit but lacks some historical spendur of other large capitals in Europe. Bus 18, very frequent direct to the old town or railway station.

Park and ride carpark. Good overnight stop for expolring the city. €2 bus fare into the city and busses run every 20 mins. 24 hours free then €10 for every 24 hours. No facilities or large spaces so we parked over 3 spaces. Very quiet at night and a lovely lake to walk around. Safe.
