A bit of a mixture. There are some big advantages. There is a decent sized field with plenty of room for kids to lay. The owners are friendly and helpful. It is peaceful. It is close to the Cleveland Way, if you like walking. It is only 3 miles from the coast and there is a bus service

But...... it does lack a decent pub within walking distance. The local village is unexciting. In order to get on the cleveland way, you have to walk down a busy road with no pavement. The CC& MC page claims good views, but its just a field really.
