Historically Lancashires oldest pub, close to Liverpool-Leeds Canal. Traditional pub with live music on weekends, famous for biker and car meets. Cosy open fires, plenty of character with real ales and a good selection of wines and spirits. We also live next door to a ruined chapel! Toilets are outside so can be used any time and we have a field at the back suitable for larger motor homes.
