Located just outside the village of Monyash and close to Buxton, Bakewell, Ashbourne, Castleton, Dove Dale, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Alton Towers to name a few attractions.
The village (approx. ½ mile away) has The Bull’s Head pub and Smithy café, both serving hearty food with outside eating areas and close to the playground. Within easy walking distance are The Royal Oak Pub and Tagg Lane Dairy Ice Cream Parlour/Cafe and Farm Shop.
The Limestone Way, Tissington & High Peak Trails (within ½ mile) along with Lathkill Dale and the Pennine Bridleway make this an ideal walkers or cyclists base. The Trails network provide miles of traffic free cycling. Cycles can be hired at Parsley Hay on the Tissington Trail or at Blackwell Mill on the Monsal Trail.
