Tyr Coed is situated on the northern side of the beautiful Gower peninsular (Britain’s first ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’), it is a tranquil site, set on a small working farm with views of the glorious Cefn Bryn. Children and pets are welcome to the site (dogs must be kept on leads). The site is situated in a large field and set out into 5 fenced pitches each having an electric hook up, each pitch has both a hard standing and a grassed area with room for car parking, awnings, table and chairs and bbq. Wifi is also available. There is a chemical waste disposal point a fresh water tap and recycling bins.
The site is in an ideal position to explore Gower, it is situated just 4 miles from the spectacular Llangennith beach which is on the eastern edge of the Gower Peninsula, the beach is dog-friendly, family-friendly and great for water sports, especially surfing.
