Service and overnight area next to Paseo de la Presa. It is a parking lot of about fifteen spaces, three of which have a black and gray water emptying service and two water intakes per square. Its location makes it ideal for visiting the villa and surroundings since the urban center is just a three-minute walk away. Paseo de la Presa is a very wide green area with sports court, children's swings, fountain, benches and tables and grill. It is also next to the future greenway of the old Santander-Mediterranean railway and five minutes from the beginning of the path of the Oca River gorge.
