Very well located site if you’re coming to or from Cherbourg.

Basic facilities, I didn’t use them, but all looked ok. To settle the other comments, you can’t see Mont St Michel from the site, but you can when driving in and out. Looks majestic!

Quiet - happy to let my cat Lolly run about

Great stop 12 kms as crow flies to Le Mont St Michel. historic town with 6/6/44 in mind. Remember your levellers. Make sure you see the gardens just about 100 metres away and great view of the Le Mont St Michel especially at dusk

Reviews on other sites suggested there was a view of Mont St Michel from this aire, so we went to investigate.
When we arrived there was a cravan just leaving (German) who had obviously stayed the night and took up two spaces - we noticed this a couple of times during this holiday - is this the start of a worrying trend?
Definitely no views of Mont St Michel from the pitches and not much of a view of anything so we decided not to stay and moved on. As a stopping point it looked fine though
