Stephen & I have been touring together for many years with our dogs, we enjoy very basic sites that are quiet and peaceful, and this is the theme we have tried to create for you with our ‘off-grid’ CL.
Whilst our driveway may look a little tight, once past the bungalow it soon opens to our close cut grass pitches. The CL is within a fenced and gated area on the edge of the village offering security and privacy in equal measures.
The basics are catered for with fresh water, chemical waste, general waste and recycling all within easy reach of the pitches. There is a shop, pub and two bus stops within a 5 minute walk. With two more pubs and shops within the village. There are many walking and cycling routes on the doorstep. You can leave your vehicle and catch a bus to Witney, Oxford, Burford, Cheltenham and many more places.
You can watch village cricket or football by the river, with a licensed bar in the sports pavilion and visit the ruins of Minster Lovell Hall all within a 15 minute walk.
Ideally situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, there are so many places to visit that we have a separate page on our website to list them.
This is a residential area so please respect our neighbours and pass their houses as quietly as possible.
As a grass pitched site we reserve the right to temporarily close pitches to protect them for future use.
Check in is from 1pm and departure is by 11am.
