Snail farm created in 1993, specializes in the squirrelfish species (Hélix Aspersa Muller).
The snails are reared in the open air, using organic production, on a plant cover of clover and fodder radish, with a complement of cereals and marine limestone. It is the first AB-certified snail farm (Ecocert FR-BIO-01).
The transformation is carried out by us, by hand, in our laboratory to EEC standards.
The breeding method and place, their diet, the sea air, the homemade court-bouillon give our Petits-gris a special tenderness and flavor.
