Located, 2 mins from beach and costal path . Easy walk into Sheringham with just 2 steep but short hills . 2 mins into village with a local shop/ café, pub ,Church and bus stops each way .
Coast hopper runs 30 mins in Summer and hrly from Oct and Sundays as well.
Lots of walks from the site with tea rooms and coffee stops.
So peaceful you can here the waves and watch the wildlife. Cley marshes just a couple of stops up the road.
Also military museum very close by .
