Park Beo offers a safe, free, off road space to park up, rest, revive and refresh. Direct easy access by foot, bicycle or wheels to the Boyne Valley to Lakelands Greenway, a 30km off road cycling and walking haven meandering through lush unspoilt countryside. Facilities include; WC, baby-changing, picnic benches, sheltered gazebo, coffee kiosk, bike shop, eBike rental, free ebike charging dock, free WIFI and kids maze. A perfect base to explore the Boyne Valley whether it’s a day of hiking, a family picnic and ride or a leisurely Greenway spin by eBike. Mingle with the locals at Tiernans Bar, ‘swing’ by Castletown Pitch & Putt Course, marvel at the ancient heritage of Nobber, reconnect by Whitewood Lake, pick up a few Irish words in the nearby Gaeltacht (Irish Speaking area) of Baile Ghib and savour good food at The Kilberry, The Crossguns or Greenways Café.
Happy to welcome camper-vans, small motorhomes and tents for short stays whilst respecting the ‘leave no trace’ principles. Well behaved pets welcome. No fires, BBQs on gravel fine once cleaned up after. Support of our on-site services and/or an online review appreciated in lieu of a € fee.
