Amazing place to stay for visiting Antwerp. Lots of free parking near the Waterbus to Antwerp designed for 'non cars'.Great cycling paths nearby, and lovely location. Stayed 3 nights, taking the waterbus to Antwerp each day 6€ return, or 5€ if over 65 Tickets can be bought online.Antwerp itself is worth a visit with its lovely buildings all within a very short distance of one another. The town is only 5 minutes walk away with a SPAR and a few shops, restaurants and bars. Nothing to dislike, apart from it not having any services. Felt very safe. Only one other motorhome here, and this is in July!!View all reviews by maudie57

The description indicates that there are toilets, which we certainly never saw. Great free stop, very quiet overnight. We enjoyed seeing all the bicycles passing, and were able to explore the nature reserve. The river boat to central Antwerp was a great experience, and very reasonably priced.View all reviews by ClaudiaVan

This is a great free spot, absolutely no frills. Very easy to find using S4S, just off E17. Not particularly pretty but we stayed at the beginning and end of a trip to Scandinavia with no issues and it suited us fine. People pass through on their way to/from the Antwerp boats so there’s a bit of traffic. There is a nature reserve on one side but after so much rain it was a bit too boggy for a stroll. The area is potentially interesting for a potter around and there are cycle paths too.View all reviews by BryanBolton

Stayed one night, when we arrived no other vans but parked near the statue as advised in previous reviews, later two other vans turned up. From car park walk towards the shore and via left to the water bus, you have the yellow boat which is free and will take you across the river if you want to cycle, or the blue water bus one stop to Steenplein, you can pay on board with card €6 each return. In Steenplein cross over from the castle and head in to the ctr Grote Markt. No facilities at all, but a great free stopover, great cycle paths from car park.View all reviews by Kontikikid

Great over night stop for visiting Antwerp. There are 2 porta loos and waste bins. You are at the side of a nature reserve. There is a water bus to Antwerp, €6 each return, there is also a free water boat from one side to the other. A lot of cycle paths to explore around. Ideal to park near the statue.View all reviews by rickcarol60
