FozCamp is a quiet campsite, with spectacular sea views and well maintained. It is located on the seafront promenade of Foz and has large grassy pitches for motorhomes, caravans, tents, campers or vans. It is located 7 minutes walk from Foz, a stone's throw from the beach of Llas (2 minutes walk) and Rapadoira (7 minutes), or the famous Playa de las Catedrales (20 minutes drive), dotted with spectacular sea arches. In Foz, a former whaling port, the sea becomes a beach: nearly 15 km of fine, white sandy beaches line this estuary. Its marshes are home to one of the largest colonies of water birds in the northwest, watched from above by gulls, shearwaters and gannets from the neighbouring cliffs. The Ría de Foz is a natural paradise not only for birds, but also for lovers of water sports: surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing and sailing.
