Newcroft Aire is situated in the middle of farmland in rural Aberdeenshire, 4.5miles from Banff and 3 miles from the A947. There are views over farmland to Bennachie.

Directions: Approaching from the NORTH from Banff on the A98 turn right on to the A947 at Banff Bridge travel 2.6 miles and take a left at junction signposted Montbletton, follow the road for 1.6 miles and then turn left and follow road for 0.3 miles and Newcroft will be on the left. Approaching from the SOUTH from Turriff travel 5.9 miles on the A947 turn right at King Edward village at the church sing posted for Gorrachie and follow for 0.9 miles and take a left at the junction signposted Aberdeenshire Pet Cremation, follow the road for 0.7 miles and then turn left and then immediately turn right 120 yards follow the road for 0.4 miles and turn right and follow the road for 0.3 miles and Newcroft will be on the left.
