Camping Hotel Playa La Arena is located in northern Cantabria, in the Trasmiera region, next to the mouth of the Castellano estuary.
Its location is next to the wonderful La Arena beach, awarded the European Union's Blue Flag and the Q Turistica (Tourist Q) . It is also the only beach in northern Spain that currently holds the Universal Accessibility and AENOR certification, making it accessible to people with disabilities. We have direct access to this beach via a staircase.
We are located in a wonderful location for hiking, all of them wonderful. 20 km of trails through holm oak forests, cliffs, marshes, estuaries, and beaches, dotted with monuments and authentic cuisine featuring vegetables, legumes, and fish and seafood from the Cantabrian Sea.
